Yes you can get both or all.
Talk to your finanical aid department of your school or you can apply for grants and loans at www.fafsa.gov. Make sure it is the right site, some sites look like it, but if you have to pay your being scammed. The first time you use fafsa can be time consuming but well worth it.

Yes - especially if they are not school-based scholarships. I have a half-tuition scholarship from my University and a private scholarship through the company my dad works for. I think you can get financial aid too, but you need to include your scholarship info in your application.,
