In Islam Jesus (pbuh) is not God and not the son of God. Jesus (pbuh) is a Holy Prophet just like

the Prophets Abraham (pbuh), Noah (pbuh), Moses (pbuh) and Mohammed (pbuh). God is one,

pure, and clean from all defects. He is the only one worthy of worship. He has no beginning nor

does he have an end. He has no partner. The earth, sky, stars, sun, everything was created by him

alone, and he is the master of all things. He has the ability to make a person rich or poor. He gives

things life and death by his command. He is pure from and relations e.g. Father, mother, son,

daughter, etc. He does not have face or body and nothing is like Him, he is free from any position

or place.

Jesus (PBUH) according to Muslims was the Prophet and Messanger of God and Messiah. Christians believe to be the God and the Son of God and this is the main difference.

There are verses which prohibit Muslims not to argue with Christians and Jews for their religious beliefs. The difference between us will be settled on the Day Of Judgement is God's promise. God promises are very true.

BIG difference! Christianity is based on the notion that Jesus is the Messiah (and to some, God), and all that goes with this belief.

Islam takes the stand that Jesus was a mere prophet and women should wear burkas.

I am only beginning to learn about Islam, and I was raised in a Christian background. So far the differences I have noticed are these ideas:

-God is not in or a part of anything but Himself; He does not manifest in His creation and is not part of His creation; He is not present in humanity and is not a part of humans, nor are we a part of Him
-Jesus is the Prophet Esau but is neither the Son of God nor God Incarnate
-Adam was sinless
-Satan is the jinn Iblis and he refused to bow to Adam in respect thus he was punished
-Adam gave Eve the fruit, not the other way around
-Jinn are created from fire and Angels are created from light
-Neither Abraham nor Moses were Jewish but were Muslim
-Islam literally means ‘religion’ in Arabic
-The idea of God being present in His creation promotes idolatry
-Repeating ‘Laa Elaaha lllallah’ (There is no God but Allah) automatically makes one a Muslim and true belief in it guarantees one Paradise
-Surrender of one’s will to God makes them eligible for Paradise
-Surrender requires personal accountability
-The ultimate good is the complete surrender of will to Allah and true worship of only Allah, and the ultimate evil is the worship of anything except Allah
-A child is naturally born a Muslim but it’s parents make it a Jew, a Christian, what have you

that's very simple.....one teaches part truths of the Bible.....and then adds to it....and that is not allowed.....then one teaches that Jesus is a great prophet and that's all...but the other teaches that Jesus is the Son of God and that He was made flesh and died for our sins......which is the truth.....it also says that he is the way the truth and the life.....no one comes to the Father except through him......those 2 little things make one a false imitating religion and the other the real Word of God......Jesus is Lord

Well, Christians believe that Jesus was the messiah and Muslims do not. That's a pretty fundamental difference.

Different. What you don't know is that Islam was created by the Catholic Church to get more Christian converts. However, the plan backfired.
