I wonder if prophet Muhammad had ever insulted anyone. Muslims say that prophet Muhammed had always watched his tongue and he had never insulted anyone. In the other hand, there is a prophetical statement told by prophet Muhammad himself that says he was just a human who could insult anyone and he asked god to reward people whom he insult. That prophetical statement (Hadith) was narrated by Muslim (4707) and also by Musnad Ahmad (23049).

Is that statement true? if true, why muslims say that prophet Muhammed had never insulted anyone?

You dont actually quote the hadith in full, I wonder why, stop making stuff up, the Prophet said,' the best Muslim is the one who doesnt hurt others with his hands and tongue'. You can find that Hadith in a childs 40 hadith of the Prophet.

NO,
all over his life (63 years), prophet Mohammed had not made a sin. although he is a human being but God protected his messengers and prophets from doing sins. The source of this protection (feature ) is God not the prophet him self.

about the hadith you said, I advice you to search for a hadith illustration.

NO, prophet Muhammed (pbuh) had never insaulted anyone. even those who were insaulting him..
and i guess no prophet (who should be a good pattern to follow) had insaulted anyone.

once prophet Muhammed was sitting with his friend Abu Bakr elsedik. and there was another man who was insaulting Abou Bakr, he insaulted him once then twice but after the 3rd time Abu Bakr insaulted this man back.. and all this time prophet Muhammed was slient, but when Abu Bakr insaulted the man back; prophet Muhammed left them So Abu Bakr ran after him and asked him " the man ws insaulting me and when i replyed u left, why?"
prophet Muhammed answerd "when u was being insaulted by the other man angels were defending u , but when u insaulted him back angels left and devil came. and i dont sit in a place where devil are".

so briefly, just get sure that prophet Muhammed never insaulted anyone....

Mohammad (peace be upon him) said he could insult anyone and ask God to reward whom he insult. What was it that he said and who was it he insulted? If he did make a remark like an insult and ask God for rewarding whom he insulted, it is not an insult but a constructive criticism.
A insult is a show of scorn and despise,. Must be having some communication barrier.
