so i went on a date with this guy..and he called after said he enjoyed himself. Then he asked when are we gonna go out again? we made plans but none of em really worked cuz his working..is he intrested?

Normally I would say that he was making up excuses, but since he was the one who called you to ask you out again it makes his excuses seem more plausible. I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago. A guy I was talking with kept setting dates with me and then cancelling last minute because of work or some other excuse(he was in the National Guard, so a lot of the times it was b/c of that), and I just figured he decided he really wasn't interested and didn't want to just come out and tell me. But to make a long story short, he finally didn't cancel a date and we've been living together for over a year now.
But if you really don't want to wait and see what happens, just ask him.

I say first impressions speak for itself. If he asked you out after going out with you, I will say he seems to be interested if not why would he want to see you a second time.
You must have made a impression on him the first date to the point he would like to see you again.
The second date usually shows that he sees something he likes.
Now be thankful he has a job and the plans didn't go as plan would you rather him cancel for a job or another girl or woman.
I am not sure of your age so I say girl or woman .

He is interested or he would not have called you back after your first date and made more plans; he is unable to control his work schedule.

It seems like he is intrested, but he is just busy with work. Give him some time and it'll work out!

just sounds like his job has him busy, but still is interested in seeing you. Now if a month has passed and the second date hasn't came yet, then he may not like you

how many plan have you worked out. Try to make a few more meetings and if it really doesnt work out and he sound like phoney, I'll say drop him.
