Nothing. You are hurt and the more you say the more you will regret later.
Just write down what your feeling. Talk to a friend.
Move on and know down the road somone will accept and love you.
Take time to do things you enjoy and fix any issues that you had in the relationship. (All ppl have things they can improve on) You cant change her and you can only control you. Then you will be ready when the right one comes along.
