I don't think it would be a good idea to date them. If it didn't work out then things would be weird at work.

i have been in a situation where it worked and didnt work...depends on whether or not you both can keep things professional.

In the case where it did work out the company had a policy that there could be no fratenizing DURING work hours and it cannot effect the job. She was younger, but mature-minded, and even when we stopped seeing each other, we were still on speaking terms before she left and found another job.

I have always found that playing where you work is a bad thing. If you date someone that you work with, and then break up there is the whole ackwardness afterwards, and oh yeah sometimes the jealousy thing kicks in big time. But flirting you can get away with, as long as you are not coming on tooo stongly.

Things happen...but most places have policies on dating co workers. Plus it could be looked on as sexual harassment. Small flirting is ok if it's a small office just make sure ur not offending anyone...ladies or males.

Personal experience no. However, at a place that I used to work there was a few couples that met there and ended up getting married. As to if they are still together, I am unaware.

I work in pretty much a mans field and trust me DO NOT pursue dating or flirting. It makes for a bad work place.Be able to take a joke and don't be thin skinned....but you don't want a reputation. Esp. if you like your job.

That's a good question but I can't help you. I've been in a situatuon where I liked the guy and he liked me too and we showed it and it was fine...but then I've worked somewhere else and we both liked eachother and we couldn't do anything because of the work place rules so....it's up to you sweetie!!!

my boyfriend and i live and work together. we met when he came in for his interview. you should let him know your interest, but at the same time keep it proffesional. Everyone knows now that we are together but thats only bc our paychecks have the same address on them. But you really need to keep it proffesional otherwise you could lose your jobs!!!!
