I would just tell him. If he keeps talking to you online he must have some feeling. If you have exchanged pictures he knows what you look like so you have nothing to lose. Sometimes it is easier to do it online than on the phone especially if you are shy.

The best approach is to be honest and straightforward. Telling someone you care is the most flattering, sweet thing you can do. And if he feels that way about you, he's more likely to say so if you say it first.

1) have you even ever met him yet?
2) don't get yourself into trouble by meeting someone you have only talked to on the internet. ok?
3) if you know him, then just tell him, say, "Hey", ummmm. let's say Bob, "Hey Bob, do you like me?" (you may want to ask him first, so you don't tell him and find out he doesn't like you, and you make a fool out of yourself. Then just tell him.

BE CAREFUL!!!
