I don't see any problem with it at all. I mean we can't all expect our future husbands or boyfriends to stand tall beside us. Also it'd be rather rude to avoid anyone with a handicap, thats like avoiding someone of another race, cuz you know you are going to offend them. I haven't dated a guy in a wheelchair, but i'm a very equal opportunity person. I like learning new things from people, and if people are smart enough about it they would realize someone in a wheel chair can do as much as someone standing on two legs.

I have never dated a guy in wheelchair but I actually had a huge crush on a guy that was in a wheelchair. I had some lowlife friends back then that couldn't get past the fact that I liked him and he was paralyzed. He was so nice, smart, funny and a great artist. Turns out he only liked me as a friend. We drifted apart. I wonder what he's doing now. So to answer your question, no I haven't, but I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I have never dated someone in a wheelchair before but I would never turn someone down for that reason. As long as the guy has a good attitude, is kind and has morals then I would certainly date him. It makes no difference if he's disabled.

No but I almost did I am a very compasonite person and this person and I were very good friends and it to me was no differant then being very good friends with a guy that wasn't in a wheelchair because although they are different on the out side they are still a person on the inside.

I have absolutely no problem about dating someone in wheelchair as long as he is super smart. I will never date a hot model with no brain.

well, I have never dated anyone like that but my daughter (who is now 15) had a guy in school a couple years ago that was in a wheel chair that liked her a lot and although everyone teased her about it she did dance with him at the school dance and she did like his company. but at the time she wasn't ALOUD to be dating anyone. so she just was good friends with him.
she didn't care about the chair. I was very proud of how she handled the people teasing her.

My ex dated someone in a wheel chair after me. She said she really liked him a lot and thought he was amazing. She even slept with him. I thought the whole thing was a little weird, but she didn't think anything of it. Come to find out, the guy was tagging tons of chicks.

i have not dated a guy in a wheelchair, but i work with several who are in wheelchairs and i honestly would date one. i won't lie and say there wouldn't be problems, but any relationship has problems, there are always going to be problems, you just have to work them out.
