Been doing some counsillings before, what i can said is that, counselling sessions out in the market can be quite expensive, if you will to approach certain affordable counsellors, afraid that they will not have Full Timing for you as most of them have to look after quite a normal of patients.
Try to relax yourself everytime. Try doing some exercise when you can and I must said is a MUST.
When you feel anger, stress, try talk to someone who you can trust and someone close, if you are close to your mum or sisters, try telling them the truth and the problem you facing now. I'm sure all these people will be more willing to help you.
All the best

Most county mental health dept offer counseling on a sliding scale. That way a person can get the help they need and they are charged on what they are able to afford. Most insurances offer coverage as well. In the States the range is between $75 to 150 an hour.
Good luck. Take care.

counciling can be pricey. but if you know your problem, then perhaps your can call some social hotlines for help? e.g couselling for family problems, some of the hotlines are toll-free, and you can talk to them over the phone. If deemed neccesary, perhaps they will arrange a talk session with you. That way, you know you can save a lot of money in that, rater tha spending a bomb with the shrink.

most of the counselling is expensive, if you are referring to psychiarist help.
anyway, your question is kinda vague. what kind of medication are you on. and what condition are you suffering. even though most psychiatry problem management is the same, there is still some difference between them.
