You can fix this in two ways: Gradually or immediately. If you want to fix it gradually, start waking up an hour earlier every day so that you get tired earlier and eventually you'll be on a normal schedule. However, you must FORCE yourself to get up no matter how tired you are. The immediate resolution is to pull an all nighter (or in your case an all dayer) so that you force yourself to be tired by night time.

Once you're on a normal schedule, the best way to to prevent this is to schedule activities during the day like in the morning and early afternoon, so that you're more likely to not stay up all night. Another thing that may help you is to go outdoors more, if you don't already. The sunlight helps your body regulate your natural sleep rythm.
