Maybe it is alright for a 14 year old down in Mexico to have sex with a 12 year old, but I am pretty positive that it is illegal down there for a 20+ years old to have sex with a 12 year old.

There has always been pedophiles in the world every since life began. Behaviors that people carry out now is the same as 2000 years ago. It was probably worse back then. The only difference, we have a lot more people in this world now, so it enlarges the problem and makes it seem worse than it is.
