i can sent e-mails to other email addresses but cant recieve emails

I agree with hana169 there may be a redirection created by a hijacker. I had the same problem and it was the fact I was reciving no spam in my bulk inbox when normally I get tonnes of it every day and that is what gave the game away. Hope he enjoyed filling his inbox up with all my spam emails!!!

Check your settings, to see if you have an SMTP server configured, as well as a POP server for your incoming stuff. Or an IMAP server for both. Don't think about hijackers straight away, this is step one.

sure you haven't been hacked and diverted, this happened to me. Go into your options section and make sure that your pop and forwarding email section is blank and hasn't been filled in by someone else.

check if pop up blocker is on, it can create problem sometime. I have no idea why are you not able to receive emails.
