We use a lot of centrifuges where I work, they are all made in Germany. Some of the names are Krause Maffei, Sharples, Alfa-laval. These sites might show pictures but I doubt they would show you diagrams. I'm sure these are all patent protected machines.

Centrifuges are used in a variety of industries (eg brewing, chemicals, etc) Alfa Laval is a big manufacturer see http://www.alfalaval.com/ecoreJava/WebObjects/ecoreJava.woa/wa/showNode?siteNodeID=1261&contentID=-1&languageID=1 . These are liquid/liquid or liquid/solid machines. If you are talking about gas centrifuges don't even go there.

If you are looking for nuclear centrifuge technology, the nuclear non-proliferation act prevents me from giving you any information.

The amusement park ride "the scrambler" is a centrifuge.
It uses circular momentum to push the riders toward the outside.
