I can't just drink plain water all the time. I do try and stay away from all sodas (even diet) so I try to mix it up. I get Crystal Light singles and add that to my water sometimes (they have a bunch of different flavors) and sometimes I will get Propel water...that has a lot of flavors, too. Sometimes I will add fresh lemon or lime to my water or get flavored sparkling water.

There are a lot of options to get the water you need without adding hardly any calories.

It depends. Are you drinking tap water? Because if you are, it could be the cause of that. Tap water can often times have a very high iron content in the water. It can also have other things in it that may make you feel ill.

Try drinking filtered or purified water. I have heard that Dasani is the best, but personally I prefer aquafina. If it continues when you are drinking bottled water, you should see a doctor.

Yes I like to drink water! You can try adding that crystal light drink flavor powder if you find the taste too bland!

Water is so good!

Try adding some ice, lemon or the new crystal Light or Koolaid packs for bottled water.

It works for me!

I used to be the same way. Are you drinking tap water? That's what made me feel yucky. Switch to filtered or spring water.

You don't need to drink as much as "people say".
The 8 glasses a day thing is just an urban legend -- an old wives' tale.

Drink when you're thirsty. Period. Don't try to force yourself to drink more.

Are you drinking city water? Yuck, try filtering it or buying bottled.
