Wait until clear part has turned solid white, be gentle, flip all at once, make sure you have a non-stick pan and use something like Pam, be sure to have a smooth spatula - not one with melted crags on the end it tears the egg. You ca also spray the spatula with Pam.

A quick but gentle flip of the wrist with a properly heated skillet. I've never had trouble with breaking yolks. Cook the egg til most of the clear is opaque white, that's when it's time to flip it. Cook it on the other side for just a few seconds, and you have the perfect over-easy egg.

Wait until the white is pretty much cooked and the edges are starting to turn brown, then gently turn over. Just put the spatula under the egg, don't lift up, and literally flip over. No height reduces the chance of breaking the yolk.

Enjoy! I had a fried egg for breakfast...

well, when i'm making eggs over easy, i just spray the pan w/ cooking spray or even better, spread a bunch of butter on the hot frying pan and then start cookin the eggs. Using a plastic spatula works better than other ones too.

Cut the egg in half, and use both parts to get the white out. Simply lift one half, then the other, till the white runs out.
