What the kitten needs is babycat formula. Several companies has that the two best are royal canin and KMR. I recommend royal canin it comes with a bottle three bags of formula and a small bag of dry baby cat food for later on.

Now to how to take care of him

Food:
Two-tea spoon of powder and four-tea spoon of warm water. Feed every four hours.
There will probably be extra milk in the bottle, when he will finish to eat just put it in the fridge and use it next time warm it for 20 seconds in the microwave and let it cool for about a minute.
Make sure to massage his belly after each meal it will help him digest his food batter.

In another week and half start mixing with his milk some canned A/D of science diet do that for a week and each feeding increase the amount of A/D and decrease the amount of milk here you can start feeding him every six hours.
Get from you vet a 10CC syringe you will need, as the food will get thicker with each feeding.

After one week stop with the milk and mix the A/D with some royal canin baby cat dry food, you can stop with the syringe and give it to him on a flat plate or a flat box top each day decrease the amount of wet food and increase the dry food within a week or two he should eat dry food alone. Make sure that he will have dry food in a small bowl all the time now, as he will get used to eating only that. Buy him royal canin babycat 34 it’s the best kitten food for kittens at his age.

Warming him:
Take a big towel and fold it a few times in the top fold put a water warm bottle. Change the water with each feeding, in about month you can stop with the water bottle.

Excretions:
Wet some cotton in lukewarm water and squze it to get most of the water leave it moist. Gently before each meal rub the kitten rear. Make sure to do that above some toilet paper or he’ll do his things on you.
In about two weeks prepare him small low box with some cat sand to do his things in it. They just learn alone. Instincts.
If he hasn’t done his needs in over two days take him to the vet.

Feed the kittens purina kitten chow ,add enough water to make it moist. They shoulg be weaned by at least 8 weeks old. But if something is wrong woth the mother and she is not feeding them. There is kitten milk you can buy it at the grocery store or the vet's office. You'll have to feed them though an eye dropper. Good Luck

Go to local pet store and get KMR for kittens. Buy a small feeding bottle and use the smaller nipple. You need to cut the nipple in and "X" as they are not usually cut for you. Make the cut small so that when you gently squeeze the bottle some liquid comes out. I don't know how old the kittens are but if eyes are open and ears are still on the side of the head gently put nipple in mouth and squeeze a SMALL amount in to get them to suckle. If they don't suck right away, just put drops in mouth and let them swallow, pausing between drops. If they are older, with ears on top of head, put KMR in dish and put some on your finger and lead them to the dish if they don't drink automatically. Or GENTLY put nose in liquid very quickly and release their head. This will make them lick "lips" and they will usually start to drink. If they are old enough to drink, get some canned KITTEN food, and mix with the KMR, and gradually eliminate the KMR. Start adding water to canned food and then mix in dry kitten chow. If they are real small you will need to ask your vet to school you in how to make them go to the bathroom.

Good luck and have fun.

PS - the powdered KMR I have found to be the best for me. It lasts longer in the fridge and you can make the amount you need. Follow the directions on the package. The pre mixed is sometimes a little rich for the kittens and trying to dilute it can be a chore.

Never give a kitten regular people milk. It does not contain the nutrients they require, and will give them horrible dirreah. You can purchase cat milk in the pets food isle of most grocery stores, or go to a petfood store and get a kitten suppliment. If they are still very young, this is what you will need to get, along with a special bottle so that they can still nurse.

You need to get a mother's milk subsitute. You can normally find it at your local vet and or pet store. Do not use cow milk or anything like that since it can cause stomach upset and other digestive problems. If you need advice on how to feed the kittens talk to your local vet. They would be more than happy to help you.

if the kitten is less then 8 wks u must go out and get cat formula and a baby medicine dropper. that would be the only thing at that age. 8wks on they can eat kitten food the hard one and moist canned cat food. only half a can a day and a bowl of the dry dont want them to get sick

how old? before 6 wks kmr formula in a bottle. if they suck and u dont see the amount of milk going down then u have to get a medicine dropper and do it like that. dont lay them on their back though. they have to be on all 4 legs with head tilted up a bit after 6 wks feed them like purina kitten chow and add a little warm water and mush it up if its hard for them to chew it.
if you are trying to take care of a baby kitten under 6 wks. u can email me if you have questions i just took care of one that was 2 days old.
