oh no get a life. or get a job jumping around a tropical island telling people how they are going to feel better about themselves. go to seminars, it will cost you an arm and eg but you may feel better about yourself.....
.......or you could just look around you at all the people in your life that you care about, and feel good that you care, show you care and be happy. and it won't cost you a penny. and don't forget to take some time for yourself and meditate and do whatever lights your fire.
