I found that the best way to make your goals achievable is by breaking them off into smaller chunks. the success of achieving smaller goals keeps you motivated to go for the big ones.

as long as you always aspire for something more/better than you have, it should be no problem.

Like they say - shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll be among the stars.
Then there is the saying that you should be happy with what you have.

I guess happiness and motivated dont have to be inter-related.

think good thoughts do what you Love listen to music while your doing something get a dog walk her or he good luck i was same
