Have you been fitted for your retainers yet? If you have any questions you should call your doctor.

Yeah I had that too, they're just readjusting from the braces. Have you been given a retainer? If so wear it as often as possible, I lost mine & my teeth shifted a little again - must admit I do kinda like them like this though.
Don't panic is normal!

I think that you should go back to the orthodontist, or at least phone him or her and ask. It may be normal and then again it may not.
You have been wearing the braces for some time, why take a chance now.

You must wear your ret's !!!

Did you have a space in between your 2 middle teeth before braces? If so they will probably open again (quickly) if not in your ret'r. Some patients have the dentist splint the teeth from behind.

wear your retainer! they should've given you one, if not..get one! however, are you sure they're moving? it could be just your imagination now that they're off. i thought the same thing when mine got off. my retainer doesnt fit anymore cuz they have shifted a little bit (DEFINATELY not to the point where they were before i got braces) but they shouldnt move too much.

Hey.., I also experienced that, my only suggestion for you is to get retainers from your orthodontist or dentist, so your teeth won't move, it only cost a 2 thousand pesos here in the Philippines, and it's very useful, your teeth won't move a bit after that...

King Marffy here.., from the Philippines

are you sure they are moving, or does it just feel weird because you are used to having metal on there? I would not worry about it until after you see the ortho. They will know if everything is okay. You probably are just getting used to the feeling without them.

they will do that. do you have a retainer? if you do you need to wear it all the time for the first couple months. if you dont you need to get one but they should have given you one.
