Depression sucks and it is debilitating to us all. You need to be around people and not think so much about the things that are bothering you. Don't take life too seriously too much. Sometimes you gotta just think "what the heck.." "I'm going to be okay" "this isn't what i had imagined, but I'll manage and make the most of it."
good luck

it's all based on what your outlook is at the moment. in order to change your outlook you should try seeing a therapist maybe or someone you can talk to about becoming happy on the inside so that it shows on the outside. if you're not smiling then others won't smile around you.

It could be due to a number of things.I think many of us have these type days (weeks) often. Sometimes it can be more than just a "phase". I am not a professional so I would advise you to ask your primary doctor to refer you to someone to discuss your feelings with.
Depression is something to be taken seriously- please see a professional...you will be "happy" you did.
My best wishes to you.Better days are ahead!!!!!!!!
