OK MY BROTHER JASON IZ N NEWYORK AND HE JUST RECENTLY TOLD ME ABOUT A RELATIONSHIP HES GOTTEN INTO WITH A 16 YR OLD, NOW OF COURSE IF THEY WERE HAVING SEX WE ALL KNOW THAT WOULD BE STATIOTORY RAPE, BUT HE SAYS THERE NOT HAVING SEX, I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW HE WENT FROM HAVING RELATIONSHIPS WITH 25 YR OLDZ, TO HAVING A RELATIONSHIP WITH A 16 YR OLD, IT IZ VERY COMMON FOR A YOUNGER FEMALE TO BE ATTRACTED TO AN OLDER FEMALE UP NORTH BUT THAT STYLL DOESN'T MAKE IT RIGHT, WELL........ @-LEAST THATS MY OPINION

Well,lets just say dat there different laws different parts of d world.
Specificaly, in my own place its no offense. in fact, that promotes beta respect between the male and female, except that they are still very young especialy for the girl. Even my parents would go against my havin an affair, if i was 16 cos they'll consider mi too young to start cos there may be d mistak of unwanted pregnancy.
But not 4 d fact that I'm dating a 19 year old.
i personaly (as a girl) cannot date some1 younger than i am cos i know dat most women grow older than men.
Also, i will not stand some1 i'm older than or of same age expectin mi 2 obey him even if he is d head of d house.dat's abuse-able n highly ridiculous.
Three year gap is quiet OKAY!.

Really itz not a big deal I went out wit a 19 year old and we got along fine and Im 16 and really It didnt feel no different from dating a 16or 17 year old I like older boyz you know its just a relationsip and if theyre not having sex he is proably gettin some from someone else because hes older and more experienced than the 16 year old

Listen, when I was 18, I was stickin' it to 33 year olds so the three year difference is quite alright! But did you say it's very common for younger females to be attracted to older females up North? I wanna come live there!

you are right. But from a legal concept it is not statitory if she is 3 years younger than him and since she is 16 in most states that makes her able to consent GOOD Luck

Age doesn't make much of a difference. When it comes to sex, its a big factor. As long as they aren't having sex, then thers nutin reeli wrong. But he should try sticking to grls his own age.

it would be ok if they were both of legal age. they can say they are not having sex but come on would they really tell if they were. you never really find out until someone gets careless and she pops up pregnant or someone catches them and then her parents can get him for statutory rape. my opinion they should be friends

i dont think there is any thing wrong with dating older or even younger guys as long as u go toghether i mean understand each other.

i hope ya stupid azz brother get caught. i would never want my daughter dating a 19yr old when she is 16,17 unless so is 18+. even if she not having sex age do matter when it comes do to underage children
