Do you believe that all the persons who try to immigrate to the states, already going there not more but for pleasure or visit, they want to settle there?

Because let me say that I believe that it's unfair that to some persons who doesnt have this intentions (ex: to stay illegally there) the officials do not allow them to go somewhere there near the fact that they believe that these should want to remain there when it is not like that when all these only want to know and to see whats the united states is about.

What do you think about the persons who go away and remain illegal?

I personally believe that this is badly. if I was there, I would do it legally fulfilling the North American laws.

WHy you believe that these persons who settle there illegally it has to do this?

Do you believe that this terrible factor, it takes the right to wishfully travel to the persons who wants to go there legally correctly?

I think that some immigration decisions are made based on statistics of what kinds of people do stay here illegally, and which ones come here on a tourist visa, then apply for a change. My husband is a naturalized US citizen and we invite his relatives to visit frequently. Everyone has obeyed all the laws and gone back without overstaying their visa. However, I noticed there are extra problems with getting visas for women, especially those in the 21-45 year range. Clearly, the immigration services thinks they are more likely to try to find a job or a husband here and stay. I think they don't usually have many problems with older people, who are retired, travel frequently, own property and have built themselves complex lives in their home countries. Those people are not so likely to try to "take jobs" away from Americans.

It is unfair that you probably fall into a younger age group and are female. Keep trying though and enjoy yourself when you are here.

Obviously English isn't your native language. So I'll spare you the cue.

I think because the large cooperation (mostly Agriculture) offer so many jobs to those without proper documentation that Immigrants feel the need to come to the U.S..

Most of the people who come to the U.S. choose to do so because they want to support there family back home. Most often these people come from Developing Nations which do not offer the best wages, working conditions and job security.

Sadly though we find that much of the time the only ones focused on in the media are those who break the laws or create a disturbance.

I being a Mexican born then immigrated to the U.S. do believe that those who choose to break the law by crossing the U.S. boarder illegally should be treated as Criminals. They broke the law and as such should bay the price. It should be a felony to cross and we should secure the boarders. This isn't just because of Mexican or Terrorist but because there is a idea that coming to America and taking advantage of the Health Care, Welfare and Public services is so easy that anyone can do it has become a plague.

I support Immigration through proper channels. However to come to this country illegally is wrong and you shouldn't be allowed to stay or be permitted to come back. In any, shape, way or form.

Mad props and respect to those who did it the legit way.

P.S.
For those of you who protest and ask for citizens right. Forget it you broke the law even convicts get certain rights taken away from them. You aren't even citizens. And don't go around waving Your countries flag and then asking for acceptance into the U.S.. It's a huge slap in the face to America and Americans. You want American Rights then become Americans and be proud of it.

Ok I am not sure what you are asking but I THINK you are saying that you are upset that TOURISM Visas are harder to get because the US Government thinks that too many people are using a Tourism Visa to enter the country and then not leaving when their visa expires. I think it does happen and each time it happens it means we have to reevaluate each new application a little more. I can understand people wanting to Visit the US who really love thier homes and are planning to return but there are also MANY who for one reason or another decide that Home is no longer the place for them and who feel that they have made a new home during thier "Visit" I think the problem starts in that a Tourism Visa lasts too long. When I go on vacation for a visit I rarely can stay longer than a few weeks before I MUST get back home to work. But we issue a tourism visa that can last 3 years... who can be on vacation three years??? So of course they turn it into a "working vacation" they get a job, a place to stay and maybe meet someone... now the visa expires and they don't want to leave. I don't know what the solution is because I agree it hurts people who legitematly just want to visit. It hurts the tourism industry as a whole and it hurts America.

You want to come to the USA to "see whats the united states is about" and are getting upset about not getting a visitor's visa? And then you are complaining of illegal immigrants? They come here for jobs to feed their families. To you I say pish posh. There are other places in the world you can travel to. Hollywood has filled your mind with nonsense. Believe you me, the streets here are not lined with gold. Australia is great, South Africa is fun, Switzerland is beautiful... Try going somewhere else if your only purpose is visiting for the heck of it.

I BELIEVE IF A PERSON IS HERE ILLEGALLY THAT THEY SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO WHEREVER THE HECK THEY CAME FROM. IF YOUR HERE ILLEGALLY THEN YOUR BREAKING THE LAW, THAT MAKES YOU A CRIMINAL. YOU DON'T BELONG HERE. 3 OUT OF EVERY 4 MEXICANS IS ON WELFARE. WE DON'T NEED THAT HERE. WE ARE BETTER OFF WITHOUT THEM HERE.
