No not yet but all i can say is don't it alone do regular exercise. But the best would be not to use it because it is not good for your body at all. Eat healthy and regularly, I am a model and I am skinny and I eat healthy and regularly and exercise.

I tried isagenix and it didn't work for me that was most definately a waste of money.

I've been on Medifast for about 4 months now and I have lost about 30lbs and that's without exercising. I know if I were to exercise I would lost more which is my plan. The plan is restricted but if you are determined you can do it. Of course it's going to cost you just as any other diet plan would or even a personal trainer, but there are coupons out there you can use and if you spend over $200 it's free shipping. I've tired everything and have been struggling with my weight-loss since I've graduated from college.

At first the food takes some getting use to but there are some tweaks you can do to make them taste better.

If this is something you are serious about feel free to email me at spacityb and put Medifast as the subject so I know that it's you.

Good luck with your weight-loss.
