Don't wait for any more answers on here, take her to the doctor right away. Better to catch the problem she may be having early than later...

Well it could be a number of things.
1. She got to hot.
2. Her periods are very heavy and shes anemic (she needs iron)
3. Her sugar was low.
4. Sometimes if your body is already out of wack standing up suddenly can cause someone to faint.
You should probably take her to the Dr. Ask them to check her iron and sugar.

it could have been a number of things heat stroke, low blood sugar....
if she's currently on her period-she could have passed out due to her blood levels being too low-it's called anemia
you need to take her into see the doctor TODAY or immediately to the emergency room-anytime you have a loss of consciousness-you need to seek medical attention.
if she passes out again-call 911 whether she wakes up or not

Is she very active? A runner perhaps? Very athletic girls can be irregular on there cycle. Could also be as simple as dehydration

It'd probably be a good idea to call a doctor or go to a clinic or something -- particularly if she hit her head on the way down. I bet she'll be fine, but be safe.

Heat stroke? Lack of fluids in the heat? She needs to drink plenty of water in heat like this, her electrolites where probably very low.

Why are you asking such a question here? Most people may be wellmeaning in giving you their answers, but ultimately, they're not physicians and they could be wrong.
