Gettysburg was the bloodiest battle in American history, Antietam, or Sharpsburg, was single bloodiest day in American history. I'm thinking that Stalingrad was probably the single bloodiest battle in all of military history.

It's difficult to answer this because 'bloodiest could mean 'the most gory' or 'the most loss of life' and 'battle'...well some battles lasted for days, I am thinking of The Somme, or the massive loss of life at Gallipoli, but I am going to vote for Agincourt because that battle was indeed 'bloody'.

these arnt the biggest but the bloodiest,its gotta be the english medieval times,some of the wars that happened then,would probebly make you ill just watching them,watching people getting sliced to pieces,aint very nice.
