Cardio. Do atleast 100 jumping jacks, aka side straddle hop. day. Run atleast 2 miles a day for days a week. Do 200 crunches a day, if you have to split them up into 100 in the morning, 100 at bedtime. Jumprope for 10 mins, non stop. rest 1 minute, and, do it again---repeat for 40 mins. If you haven't been skipping rope, you may want to do 5 minute intervals for 20 mins vesus the 10's for 40. Good luck. Your coach/ trainer will have to develop a workout for you based on your body type, size, weight etc. I gave you a fairly simple workout that I give to many of my young fighters, most of them are smaller guys who possess fast twitch muscle and high metabolism.
