Yeah. It sucks. Did two rotations over there in the early 90's, can't imagine that it has gotten better.

I was there for 8 hours on the back end of a WestPac deployment. It sucked, but there was beer and it was land.

Passed through there on my way to Vietnam many years ago, one night of liberty in a toilet of a town full of bars and rub n buff joints. Didn't bother to take liberty on my way home.
