No, not all americans eat jumbo tubs of ice-cream. Very naive of you to first base your opinions of a group of people on movies and second to lump everyone in one group.

No, we don't all eat jumbo tubs of ice cream. Some people are, to cite one example, lactose intolerant and can't process even a small amount of ice cream. Others just don't like it.

May be some who have a good metabolism do!
Even the size of a small cup would be like 12oz which is too much!! I usually visit cold stone ice cream shop in NY...and we order 1 small cup for two people. I have seen people who eat jumbo cups ...
Have you seen dairy queen blizard cup...omg! i wonder who eats it! ...you can starve for a week after eating that lol
