http://Bigdoggpinc.com/ go to the bottom of the page and enter in the box search for software and enter download manager those are by far the best and no nonsense ones out there.

Use Firefox,
Then Go
Tools>Extensions>more Extensions>(search) Download them all
You will be greatest download manager, that u can resume it.

I've been using the same program for nearly 7 years now. It has been finalized and there are no more future releases but my motto is if it's not broken, don't fix it.
