u r really worrying considering the two questions u have asked. I would say if u have wronged some people try to ask for their forgiveness and above all forgive urself. Once u do this, slowly but surely you will feel better and learn to ask for pardon from those you have hurt. Remember even if others forgive you, it wont help if u have not forgiven ur self. we all make mistakes in life but it doesnt mean we are not orthy to live, so please think carefully about ur decisions

If the past sits for the judgment of your present, then your future is lost. So my friend do not brood on what wrong you have done, plan on what good you can do from now. We cannot remove the footprints we have left on the sands behind but at least we can cover them up a little and the only way to do it is by being good in our present.

There is Someone waiting for you to help you with this problem. He died for you and will give you eternal life. His Name is Jesus. He knew you before you were born and knew you would one day ask the question you did. The blood He shed on the cross was for you and "whosoever will". If you are truly sorry-- for all your wrongs and want to be forgiven for every wrong in your life just pray to Him and ask Him to come into your heart and be your Savior. Softly and gently He's waiting for you.

By telling God that you are truly sorry for the wrongs you have done and vowing to him that you will not do them again. For further redemption, you could try to undo any wrong you commited upon another by apologizing and making up to them if you can. If the wrong was too serious, like assault, you could volunteer at a crisis hotline to redeem yourself.

God says in His word (the Bible) that if you will confess your faults before Him, He is faithful and just to forgive you and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness. So go before God and cry out to Him. If you are truly sincere and come with a broken heart, He'll hear your cry and answer you as you seek Him. Because of Jesus, we can be freed from our sins and be declared just and righteous in His sight. Give your life to Jesus and He'll save you.
I'd wish I could say more or say what I've said more clearly. If you want, contact me if you have anymore questions along these lines. ^_^

Say that you are sorry and mean it. It also might means taking steps to show your sorry. (i.e. stop the behavior) In terms of redeemed you must forgive yourself. For some people this can very difficult. I found a little humility will go a long way. Only one person who walked this earth was perfect and they crucified HIM!

I don't think you can ever make your wrongs right again. That's in the past, and you can never take it back. However, you can ask for forgiveness from God and all those people you've wronged.

Knowing in your heart that you are truly sorry and making sure you dont do anything wrong again is enough.....be kind to others, share a smile and a laugh, help where you can and expect nothing in return.
