Well is this an actual island or is it an emotional island?
If it is an actual island then save up your money and move to the main land where ever it is.
If it is an emotional island then reach out and try talking to people. just pick the ones you talk to carefully. We are only islands if we want to be and are afraid of the rest of the world for some reason.
But as for non violent anger relief might i suggest that you write peotry or just free hand something. Sing your favorite music as loud as you feel, just a loud. Drive as fast as you can and still control the car. Play some violent video games, bloodyer the better.
if you need more just drop an email and I'll give you some.

Channel all of your anger in a positive way. Do research as how you are going to leave and when. How much money it will cost and what you will do when you are able to leave. Work hard at making that dream into a reality just as strong as your anger is. Make it work and you will celebrate the day when all of this is behind you. Everything in life worth having is always a hard road taken but it can be done.

If you have trouble controlling your anger by doing something passive like reading or listening to music (which works for a lot of people) you could try a more aggressive or physical activity. You could try kickboxing, martial arts, or any kind of physical activity to help you keep your cool (and help you stay in shape as you get older if you develop this habit now)....even just going for a run...use your anger to fuel you...while you are working out (or whatever activity you choose)...think of all the things that make you angry.

Yoga is a great calming effect, as is any forming of deliberate movement.. biking, walking.. Tai chi is good!
Take up sketching, water color painting, painting.. some form of artwork..craft, that will allow you to put your complete thoughts into.. perhaps even try your hand at writing..
You could take up boxing wonderful way to expel all that anger.. beating up on a punching bag!
All the above ways are really good for 'leaving'..and relieving..
Good luck to you..

The anger is inside of you. If you want to get rid of it, that's where you have to go. You need to do yoga. Breathe & do yoga. If you can't get yoga on the island, then order a video or dvd and do yoga every day. You can get control of yourself and your anger and "grow where you're planted".
I don't know what you're doing to try to make your island better, that would be another route. Get involved in trying to improve the things you don't like about your island.

Well..count from 1-10 before you start bursting all out.
1. Think of the consequences before you start arguing.
2. The more you get angry, the higher chance of you getting an heart attack..Bear that in mind...
3. Be in control of yourself. Don't get angry over the slightest thing.
4. Remember: Those who have control of themselves will control the situation instead.
5. There's no good reason why you should be angry- and anger would only give you irrelevant thinking...
6. Well? If you want to burst out, scream inside your room with pillow covering your head..

Is there a gym? Go and exercise and take your anger out on a punching bag.

Getting angry with another person???? Well just before you blow up, for a few seconds put yourself in the other man's shoes, if it hurts you; it is going to hurt him too! Then decide, my friend.
