Kind of. My younger daughter and I have bonded more than my older daughter and I. I love them both but get along with one better than the other.

only have one, but i have seen moms favor one over the other child. it typically is done because one child gives the mother an easier time all around, or takes care of the mom emotionally, etc (who doesn't want an easier child that takes care of them) However, the other child grows up with lower self-esteem and feels left out and slighted. it is not their fault they are being a child (and children are supposed to give us the run for it. they are testing life, boundaries and learning, that what growing up is all about). I urge parents to try and treat each child according to their needs and not show favoritism. Each one will grow up better because of it and will ultimately respect you in the end.

No.. im the mother of 3 children and i love them all equally.. do i love them different yes.. because they are different by personality.. My oldest , well he's my first born and thats a very special place in a mothers heart, i was 18 almost 19 when i had him so he's grown up with me , and we've gone through alot together, and because of him ive pushed on even when there were times in my life that i wanted to give up..
My middle child , he was born with a birth defect in his liver.. so he's had to have 2 liver transplants in his life.. i remember when he was first born thinking how could i ever love him as much as i love my first son because i loved my first so so incredibly much.. then i held him in my arms and looked into those cute little eyes.. and i knew right then he had my heart just like his brother, but because he's always been chronically ill ive had to go through alot with him as well, and im always terrified that one day he will no longer be with me..
Then you have my baby.. she is my baby girl.. she's everything id ever want in a daughter.. she has a heart of gold.. and but i dont love her anymore or any less then i do my sons.. although shes treated differently ONLY in the fact that shes a girl and they are boys.. but im also a fair mom, if one has a rule the rule goes for all of them.. if i buy something for one, i buy it for all of them.. no one is ever treated "Differently" in that way.. just by personality..

No, I love all my children equally. But sometimes you have a different relationship because each child is different.
Just like when you choose your friends, each is different and you do not treat all the same way. And you connect in a different way. There would be some traits in one friend that the other does not have and you would admire it.

No. I have three.
Bear is just like me, we watch the same movies and like the same books.
Tigger- Well the wonderful thing about Tiggers (and Tiggers are wonderful things) is their heads are made out of rubber and their bottoms are made out of springs
Jelly is just my baby and still gives great cuddles.
You can choose a favourite if you like, I can't

I don't have any children, but I do play favorites with my niece and nephew. I treat my nephew better, take him out more, I know it's wrong, but my niece is sometimes a terror.
