It was his family. Dont think adam and eve had only 2 boys. They spread through out the known land and started citys or neighborhoods, and cain ran to one when he was cursed. I assume you think God created others after or before adam and eve cause they comitted incest. God allowed marriage in the family cause the bloodline was pure, and thier was no other way to populate the earth. God allowed it until in leviticus when God commanded it to stop. People didnt and we have all these different races of people today. Once the bloodline was pure but after God said to put a stop to it, the blood line wasnt pure anymore.
