There is no easy and fast way, and the process takes longer than 3 months to process.

You might want to post this question at www.visajourney.com There are a lot of people with a good grasp of immigration issues who could probably help.

Good Luck!

U have to forward an approved Form1-129F to the American consulate
abroad where your lover wishes to apply for K-1 visa

only u.s. citizens can petition for k1 visa. you can't apply for your fiance, you can only apply for him after you get married.

but he can apply for vistor visa. he might be able to get here before your baby's birth if he got approved. he'll have to go back when the visa expires.

your fiance doesn't have to be in u.s. for your baby to have his last name. good luck

YOU CAN GIVE YOUR BABY ANY NAME YOU WISH. I DOESN'T HAVE TO BELONG TO ANYONE. I HAD MY FIRST DAUGHTER BEFORE I WAS MARRIED AND SHE HAS HER DADDY'S LAST NAME.
