well its not quite that easy..
Even though the civil war that was so big in the 80's is over, there is still three factions i hear in Lebanon fighting each other even today. So assuming that this is true, then its not going to be very easy raising a solid army.

yes, but the Lebanon army are very weak. They couldn't defeat the strongest Israel army.
