What religion did God belong too?

Call me atheist, agnostic, christian, catholic, what ever you want, i don't care much for religion though. People thrive on which religion is the true one and which one is correct. At the end if there is a God, they will end up in heaven with him, and will religion matter then? I doubt it will, do we really think God would care what Cult you belonged to if you lived through his word or not? Religion doesn't make the God, all religion does is instigate conflic amongst ourselves.

The way I see it, you shouldn't live your life based on what you're told to do by someone that will never really talk to you. You should live your life based on what you believe is right, not just what's spoonfed to you through religion. Many people will call me Athiest, but I believe that God is real, but that he belongs to no one religion. That everyone worships the same God, they just do it in different ways, with slightly different interpretations. I'm sure people will become angry with me or even try to get me banned for going against what other religions have said, but know that I don't think any religion is wrong. I don't think it matters in the long run. In the end, we all pass away and we'll never know what happens after that. So in the mean time, live your life the way you think is right. Because in the end, you should be able to look back on your life and say that you're happy with the way you lived. If you can't do that, why was your life given to you anyways?

Religion means, man made system. Christ was God so His doctrine wasnt man-made, and reading your comment that you arent sure of, or dont believe in, God. Christ never intended all this religious trash, and as you can tell a cant stand it either, to happen. I tell you this, satan is loving it and the bible says that he is the author of confussion. Of course thats a smaller reason people dont go to church cause there are so many "religions" to choose from. Its confussing cause they are all saying theyre right and say they can show you in the bible that theyre right. Who do you believe. I know the corupt people is whats keeping people out of church, and thatin cludes christians. We are the biggest reason church buildings arent filled with saved, lost, hurting people cause we fight and bicker too much. I really dont blame anyone for not going, but if the Bible is right and heaven and hell is real and true, then there will be a judgment time that all those who werent saved will have to answer to God why they didnt go to church and why they chose not to believe and accept Christs death burial and resurection. In the end, even though we allow people to persuade us, in the end, if the bible is right, they will have to answer for themselves. And at that point it will be too late. No second chances. Christ isnt happy with His church entirely, He hates the divisions and He hates how some people pervert His bible. To find out the truth for yourself, if your interested, read the bible, continue to ask questions here or with friends you know that do believe, or find a church you feel loved in. All churches arent bad but all of them could use more God and alot less man, but no one will get it if they dont search for it.
