I wish I knew how to stay cool but I usually try to ignore something until it gets really bad & then blow up. I know, really though that it is the worst way to deal with things.

You're one of the unfortunate people to get a short temper like me! I lose my temper quickly and over the smallest things. I started smoking cigarettes to control my temper and learn to just walk away when something wants to make you blow up. Once you have thought about the situation CALMLY go back and sort whatever is bothering you out. It is very difficult to do though because in that bad tempered moment you don't think properly but you must try! My mom says that i am like a bomb waiting to explode. So good luck and when you have come to a solution, let me know! lol

For me I can control my temper if i don't put inside my mind what I am getting mad about. I will listen to love songs, or makes myself busy doing my hobbies. Then I will just think that I am mad for nothing. If I get mad because of a problem.I will say to myself, "every problem has a solution" so I wont be bother anyway.Keep life going on with good smile.

Firstly I'm 49 years old,secondly I was your age long ago;I had bad temper and still having it but,but in very low quantity,but let me tell you;I had bad temper not only because but for real things.
Everytime you are mad, go out and walk and take fresh air and think maybe you have a wrong thinking. If You drink to much? stop it or low your liquor consumption; liquor drinking and bad temper can got you in troubles or jail. be calm my friend.

the trick is to have an easy disposition. You cant control steam once generated. Breathing exercises or Pranayama will help.

it's call self control, you will hopefully mature and become more in control of your attatude, if you have this problem see a psch. otherwize it might land you in jail or people will stray away from you peace..
