I get angry very soon.. and especially if i am not allowed to go somewhere(eg:tour) .. and i begin shouting that makes my mamma upset.. later i regret! i need a permanent soln for my angry! somebody help!

could be stress or other things in your life and not just quick anger but anyways it should be something your going to have to find out how to deal with yourself

It is usually easier for people to make a change to something positive, instead of trying to suppress somethig negative. instead of focusing on trying not to shout when you feel angry, plan in advance some non-abusive responses you can use. You may need to tell your mom, in a non-fighting moment, that you will use your new strategies and would like support to do better.

Learn the early symptoms of your anger and pay attention to how you feel. When you see the early symptoms, you might say - i really need to run around the yard right now, I still want to talk with you, but I need to calm down. Or, when you feel the anger rise, you might start singing a preplanned, silly song.

Is your anger ever connected to things besides not getting your way? If this is the only time anger bubbles up, then you must face that are trying to get what you want by being abusive. There is great shame in this, and great destruction in families who have adults who act this way, so your desire to change is excellent.

If your anger bubbles up out of nowhere, for example, if a fork falls while you're putting away dishes and you literally feel an explosion of rage inside you, if your anger is not connected always to tantrums about getting your way, then you may have depression or even a form of epilepsy that causes rage outbursts. Your doctor should evaluate your anger and can make excellent medication and lifestyle recommendations IF you have a good doctor and IF your anger is, as i said again, not merely bullying.

Firstly you need to know why you get anger.... is it a ego problem... is it that you are perpectually have the habit.... Keep a record of how you get anger. There are few triggers which make you angry... The few are... not good sleep... sex stravation... lack of regularity... lack of exercises..... etc etc... find the method and definately you will improve

keep your head cool - When u upset just postponed your angry for five minutes - Think that all people are sweet and its just an misunderstood between u and them - Take responsibilities but dont act responsible then u will not get anger with anyone !

Need permanent change?? Go to see a Hypnoterapist to get some suggestions. Then you can hypnotize yourself. It's easy and effective. Good luck.

Tell your mom that you are sorry and that you love her. And that you realize you can't do everything you want to. Then maybe next time you want to do something major she will consider your maturity. Also channel that anger into something more positive or creative. Sports, exercise, painting, creating, OR try demolition?

your "mamma" needs to punch you in the face, that will work on your subconcious later to keep your mouth shut to avoid getting punched. how old are you to still use the word mamma?

Its all abt our self control, i was also like that, but later on got adjusted. as u say u feel for it later, jus think wat ll others feel before u speak. this ll surely bring down ur anger
