Because I take the time to spell things right, and check my grammar. It is true that people judge you by the words you use, and the way you present yourself. In that light, you look about 7 years old here.

Because I would phrase that question "Why do you think you're better".

It's a pedantic grammar thing really.

I do think that poor grammar and spelling are symptomatic of low intellect, poor education or laziness.

Because I know that the question should read "Why do you think you're better?" You're in this sense meaning "you are". Not "your" which equates to something you own/have...
