James Mason: Who I wanted an "Arche" (I suppose thats Ark? Arc?)
Sc: Do you, ah, all want to..sleep with me"
JM: I am here since twelve years. (Old? or just years?)

Sean Connery : He has made a coffer, ah, God. Do you want anything?
James Mason : Yes, I would like an coffer...
SC : Do you want to lie down with me?
JM : I have been here for twelve years.
I think this can be the translation, but some of the words you have put doesn't exist, I have made the translation about what I think you mean:
Sean Connery : Il a fabriqué un arche, ah, Dieu. Vous voulez quelque-chose de?
James Mason : Qui, je voudrais un arche...
SC : Es-que, ah, voulez-vous vous couchez avec moi?
JM : Je suis ici depuis, ah douze ans.

The reason the French is ‘bad’ is because it's suppose to represent Sean Connery's accent. It looks to me like something from an Eddie Izzard sketch – he often performs in French and has a routine which involves Sean Connery as Noah building an ark, with God played by James Mason. Eddie does all the voices himself – badly.

Sean Connery : I have made an arch, ah, God. Do you want something from ?
James Mason : Yes, I wanted an arch...
SC : Do you want to, ah, sleep with me ?
JM : I've been here for 12 years.
-> French is my mother tongue. As you can see, this didn't mean anything !

Totally made up dialogue with Sean Connery asking James Mason if he wants to sleep with him, and James mason saying he has been there for 12 years. First two lines don't fit the second
SC: I am making and arch(?), oh, God, You want something?
JM: Yes (think it should be Oui), I would like an arch
SC: Would, er, you like to sleep with me?
JM: I have been here for twelve years

Sounds like part of Eddie Izzard's Ark bit from 'Glorious'. Sean Connery plays Noah and James Mason plays God, because those are the two people Eddie Izzard can impersonate. In French as well, apparently. Can't translate it into something that makes much sense, though.

That's an Eddie Izzard stand up routine about God having the voice of James Mason and Sean Connery as Noah building his Ark.
