By 16 she should be old enough to go out on a one on one date with a guy. Prior to that there's nothing wrong with going on dates as long as the parents were the drivers, dropping off & picking up, or if she went out as part of a group of kids. (supposed to be safety in numbers) It truly depends on the maturity level of the girl. If she doesn't seem emotionally mature enough to handle dating, then wait a bit. Better safe than sorry.

depends on the parents but i think that as soon as they can be responsible for it, it could be 13 or 17 u dont know how wild or even if the girl can pick out a guy that doesnt want to jump her bones.
