Try to remember the last place you saw them and start looking there.

I had the exact same experience. I cut my hair short (from middle of back up above my shoulders). It was curly at first, then I started blow drying it straight. Now when I try the diffuser, it's only wavy. I also have fine hair.
I think the only thing you can do is 1) use a shampoo specifically for curly hair, 2) use mousse, not gel as it weighs hair down... especially fine hair, 3) use the diffuser, 4) cut a few inches off. If your hair is long, this could be weighing your hair down and discouraging your natural curl. Cutting a few inches off and/or putting *light* layers into it will help lighten it and encourage the curl. Keep doing this routine. I suspect that your hair has just gotten used to being straight. That's what I figure has happened to my hair. But I've given up the curl altogether. The style of my hair now is best when straight. Good luck! : )

Wish mine would lose some curl, or frizz I mean. Unfortunately one of the answers is our changing age and therefore hormone levels. Also the straighting and coloring. Perhaps you could stop those activities, trim it off some and let your natural hair status return? A product that helps me is called Bouncy Creme by ISO. They also have shampoo and conditioner. It helps to separate and make soft curls. Just wash, condition, comb while conditioner is in hair, gently towel dry (no rubbing), get a nice glob of bouncy creme and work in (again not aggresively) then finger style. It does not leave hair stiff either. Naturally curly hair is a constant challenge. I have trouble with dryness also, so do weekly plain old olive oil teatments once a week. Leave in for hour or so. Hope this helps.

Hey Sweetie, First of all, stop blow drying!! Just go natural for a while so that your hair can recover. Try Sunsilk controlled curls, it works wonders or after your bath tie your hair in a loose bun and let it dry naturally...

is your hair long? if it is then cut some inches off so it's not so weighted down. i recently did this (cut 8 inches off) and people didn't notice that i got a hair cut, but rather they all thought i got a perm! now even when i let my hair naturally dry, they curls are great!
