Trust be, I know how you feel. I still think about a lot of the strike missions we flew in the opening days of the war, including Fallujah. It takes a toll on all of us mentally. What helps and has helped me is talking to others who understand what I feel. I assume that you're still active duty, so go to your command and find out what type of counseling they offer. But, if that doesn't help you, find some support from friends and family. If you ever need to talk about anything or just vent, you can always email or IM me. I'm always open to listening to what you have to say. God bless brother.

I would go seek out my chaplin if your are still in the military or a pastor if you have gotten out. I want to thank-you for serving our country and I will be praying that you get the healing from what you saw and experienced. Jesus is the great Physican.
Also, you can read your Bible. I would start with reading the Psalms, King David struggled with war and the results. If you don't poetry because that is the best way to describe the book Psalms I would read 1 Peter.
I do understand, my Dad was in the Air Force for 22 years, both of my brothers are in the military as well as my son.

Go to the VA man and get some counseling, you sound like you really need it. There are all sorts of programs for you and more coming out each day. Please give it a shot.
