What's the difference between teh, teh C and teh C kosong?

I can help you with the "teh" and "kosong" which mean TEA and EMPTY in Indonesian.
Sorry, but I do not know what the C stands for.

Teh is tea with condensed/sweetened milk.
Teh C is tea with sugar and evaporated milk.
Teh C kosong is tea without sugar but with evaporated milk.
