Well I'm going to trry to help you. I don't know what version of windows you are using but I am using windows 98 right now. Anyways, go onto the control panel and click on DISPLAY. Once the window comes up, click on the tab that say SETTINGS. Where it says screen area, move the arrow to the resoulution that you want. Then click apply and then ok. If this doesn't work, you may need a graphics card to install on your computer because your computer may not have the resoulutions installed. If you need a graphics card, I suggest VooDoo3, it's a great software! I hope you fix your problem!

Ashley darling is your GRAPHIC-CARD set properly? Check your connections at back Ashley. Have you got default monitor name or software? If you have software darling you must INSTALL that for your monitor. Is your monitor plug-n-play? If it is then window would have configure it properly. All I can say honey is check your wires (CABLES) properly
