10 eggs
chopped spring onions
grated cheese
sliced tomatoes
sliced (cooked) salad potatoes
chopped bacon
Fry the bacon, then remove from the pan. Lightly fry the chopped spring onion and sliced potato. Return the bacon to the pan. Whisk the eggs, adding creme fraiche, milk or cream, and season. Evenly distribute the bacon etc. in the pan, and pour the egg mix over. Sprinkle generous amount of grated cheese on top, and arrange the sliced tomato on top of the lot. Cook on a low heat until almost done. To finish, place the pan under a high grill. It will cook the top and go all puffy and golden. Serve in slices like a pizza.
Serve hot or cold with salad and crusty bread.
Enjoy!

mix cream of whatever soup mixed with cut up veges of choice and cut up chicken(cooked) pour that mess over tots and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs mixed together............baked covered in 350 oven for 15 minutes then uncover and bake until hot and bubbly.......
or
buy a box of au graton potatoes jullian style(1$) and go to the deli and get a few sliced of thick cheap azz ham(usually about 2$a pound)mix the ham in with the potatoes add a can of corn(.50) and bake according to directions on potatoe box.......it sounds gross but its actually very good.......you can add mushrooms or diced tomatoes etc.......be creative....
shop at an Aldis if you have one near you......they are the best food store for someone on a budget Just be creative.......add vegetables to mac and cheese............make larger portions when you cook and freeze half for another day.........(thats the best advice) it really is a lot cheaper to double a recipie and freeze half.....

How about cooking some vegetables so that they are not quite soft and sprinkling some cheese over them, then finish cooking in the oven until the cheese is nice and golden.
