the first one .
for the second option to be correct u need to add "most" as in "You have the MOST beautiful eyes"

The first one is. The second one would be if you said You have the most beautiful eyes.

"You have beautiful eyes" is grammatically correct.

However, 'what's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?' is also appropriate. Or perhaps:
"If I were in charge of the alphabet, I'd put U and I together. "
Or (checking the tag on her shirt) "Just as I thought, made in Heaven"

The second one is grammatically wrong.
Unless U say:" You have the most beautiful eyes." =)
