is it possible to find a hotel in patong beach for under $40 that is close to the beach, has a pool, a resturant, AC in rooms, and mini bar? any suggestions? thanks guys.

you have the club bamboo boutique resort(not far from the beach) and Le Tong beach Hotel (on the beach) which have pools and are under 40$. Just go to http://tripter.co.uk/hotels/Thailand/Phuket/discount/-3253342/0/c/ and select your dates, it's important to have more info about the hotel and access to their map etc: the site is undergoing an upgrade.

the only reason why u would want to go to patpong is to **** heaps of thai girls.
if its not that then its because u are in to lady-boys.
either way, there is lots of places to stay for under 40, just get of the bus, pick up a whore and she will show u.
