No, God is the father. When Jesus was alive, he was the son, and now that Jesus is dead, he is the Holy Ghost. Read the bible.

The Bible says that the Holy Ghost came upon Mary. God is one but in 3 parts. It is hard for our human minds to comprehend this. But He is God.

I try to think of the trinity like water. Water can become ice and steam also. Steam would represent the holy spirit. Ice would represent Jesus. They all came from the water, God is in three persons but the same compound so to speak. It is a complex issue and difficult to understand. You should try praying about it.

God is the father & Jesus is the son. How can Jesus be his own father?

When God marries a man and a woman He said they are no longer two but one flesh. That is another great verse you can take out of context and try to confuse everyone with.
Genesis 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Christians worship 3 different gods no matter what they say. God is God, ONE, Jesus is his HUMAN PROPHET, and the holy ghost is God's ANGEL, Gabriel. So they worship 3 gods.

After reading this question, I went into your profile and noticed you always ask anger provoking questions. Why? Are you so lonely and miserable you want to share it with everyone? Have you considered scrapbooking as a hobby?
It really is a tension buster. I hope your day improves, but I have a feeling it's not gonna. :)

Personally, I do not follow the Trinitarian doctrine... not since I left the RCC.
Peace be with you!
