I go home for lunch and I dont have time to make anything healty or that nice, what kind of meal/meals are good for freezing that I can make on a sunday freeze and use during the week.

I have the same situation. I cook loads of stew and put it in the microwave then it is quick. Use lentils, meat, vegetables, herbs, the possibilities are endless.

You can make homemade Tv dinners. Cook almost any meal and completely make your plate (but without condiments). Wrap well and tightly with saran wrap and freeze. When your ready to cook, pull plate from fridge and peel back just a corner of the wrap to let out some steam and microwave for 2-3 minutes! Can do almost anything except things that might get soggy like, lettuce or taco shells, etc. If you have dinner leftovers, make another plate and freeze for a lunch during the week.

there i s a yariety of these because i do the same thing
it is like making a tv dinner
meatloaf is a good one
macaroni ans cheese however is not
bbq anything is good
eggs are not

Soups, chilli, casseroles (tuna noodle, chicken/rice, lasagne, etc.). Add salad or a sandwich to the soups.

soup, mince (like spag bol) and cook the pasta fresh, chineese mix (again cook the noodles fresh)
